kd weave began on a handloom as a craft & hobby in my small apartment in Houston, Texas, what started there in 2017 has now reached people near & far, and I still can't believe this journey is real! but real is what we are all about at kd weave. in a world marked by efficiency and digital presence, kd weave stands juxtaposed as tangible, textured goods, characterized by human touch.

we work with artisans in India who source, spin, dye and weave our cotton, then sew it into the product that you hold in your hands today. a centuries-old craft, weaving is a way of life for the women & communities who play an important role as our production partners.

what began in my own home has now found its way into your homes & lives. it reminds me of how intertwined we all are: that the ideas that begin in our hearts & heads can have the power to reach many, if only we have the courage to act. it is my hope when you buy or give our goods, you feel a part of something bigger-woven into a larger community of people.
