People have always been at the heart of what we do at kd weave. It is the heart of our business to have our goods be made by hand, & that is exactly what we have been doing since our beginning in 2017. From our humble beginnings, where Kimberly was weaving everything herself, to the addition of refugee women weavers from the Karenni State, to our beloved artisans with Autism through Aspire Accessories, & traveling to Mexico to source artisan products there, our first chapters of business are full of so many great moments (& beautiful goods!) because of these people.

We now start a new chapter, with more wonderful people to add to our story: women artisans in India, where weaving is a major industry, art form, & way of life. Our artisan partners do everything from sourcing the cotton, spinning it into yarn, dyeing it, weaving it, sewing, & finishing it.
